Charlotte has written about food and drink for over 12 years. She’s an award-winning cookbook author, recipe development chef and ghostwriter. She is a member and former Chair of The Guild of Food Writers.
Charlotte has written six cookbooks with her seventh due to be released in September 2025. She’s contributed to many more by writing, producing and contributing to a wide range of books. As a freelance food writer, her work has featured in many publications, including international newspapers and magazines over the years and has mostly covered recipes, product and gourmet luxury travel.
Aside from cookbooks, her writing can now be found on her Substack entitled Into the Kitchen with Charlotte Pike. Here, she currently writes a weekly paid newsletter and a monthly free newsletter for her subscribers.
