Charlotte is the author of six cookbooks with her seventh due to be released in September 2025. She’c contributed to many more by writing, producing and contributing to a wide range of books. As a freelance food writer, her work has featured in many publications, including international newspapers and magazines over the years. Her writing can now be found on Substack, where she currently writes a weekly paid newsletter and a monthly free newsletter for her subscribers.
You’ll find Charlotte’s books for sale with major retailers, both online and in store, and selected independent retailers worldwide. Many have been translated into foreign language editions.
