Charlotte has written award-winning cookery books, is a professionally trained chef, experienced Executive Chef Tutor and broadcaster.
Charlotte runs a pop-up cookery school, Field & Fork School. She is Chair of the Guild of Food Writers and is a member of the Slow Food Chef Alliance and Les Dames d’Escoffier.
Before changing career to work in food full-time, She worked at two large American financial institutions, a world-renowned auction house and a national carrier airline, working in London, Paris and Madrid. She read French and Spanish at Exeter University.
Charlotte lives in the English countryside and is passionate about great food and drink made using the best seasonal ingredients.
